WHAT MEASURES ARE YOUR COMPANY TAKING TO PROTECT CLIENTS FROM SPREADING THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE?
Employees are required to wear a cloth face covering (or face mask) when servicing our clients. Employees are also required to remain 6-feet apart during all sessions. Prior to each session if soap and water are not readily available for employees, they are required to use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO LOCATION?
Our studio is located in Bowie, MD. Studio appointments are available for clients only. No more than five persons are allowed in the studio at one time.
CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT DURING THE WEEK?
Sessions during the week are available Wednesday through Friday. Please e-mail us if you need a session on a Monday or Tuesday.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged. We will make all accommodations to reschedule within a reasonable time frame to secure your new appointment date and time. If you do not reschedule within six months, you will have to make another deposit for the new date and time.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN BOOK?
For both Photography & Videography sessions, please book as early as possible. The latest booking for Photography I will accept is 5 days before your preferred appointment- if there is an opening. For Videography, you have to book 3 weeks in advance.
CAN I BRING MY OWN PROPS OR IDEAS?
Absolutely! Props are welcome. Please provide the props you're bringing in the questionnaire form.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We only need you, high energy, and your props! We also encourage women that are planning to wear heels to bring a pair of flats for comfort in between set ups. Also, if you have picture inspirations, please share that with your photographer before you get started.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EDIT MY PHOTOS?
On average, it takes about 5-7 business days to professionally retouch photographs.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I TAKE MY PHOTOS?
All photos are hosted via our online Gallery vendor Cloudspot, free of charge to our clients. You will be emailed a link to make your selections for retouching. Once you confirm your preferred number of images, your photos will receive professionally retouching and be sent back to you within 5-7 business days. Some delivery times may vary depending on your photo package. Prints are available via your online gallery hosting vendor Cloudspot. Please note that all galleries expire after 60 days. At this time, we do not print photos in our location.
DO YOU OFFER ADD-ON SERVICES?
Yes. Add-on services are available for additional locations, outfits, and expedited editing.
DO I GET TO KEEP ALL THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION?
You may purchase additional images for an additional $10 per image. The raw files cannot be purchased to keep the integrity of our work.
WHERE WILL I ACCESS MY PHOTOS AFTER MY SESSION?
Your photographer will capture the best portraits from your session and send you those images via your Cloudspot online gallery 1-2 days after your session date. From there, you may favorite the amount of images in your gallery in accordance with your booking package. Only the images you select will be retouched.
